You will be working from our Bishops Stortford office, which currently houses a lively and ambitious team who are winning business with some of the top clients in the area. In this role you will personably be responsible for building relationships with both new client and candidates, to build your network to ensure your desk runs smoothly and effectively. In addition to this you will be responsible for all administrative duties which run alongside recruitment, such as advert writing and CV screening. This is a target driven role, so you will have regular meetings with your manager who will set you both KPI and fee targets. What are we looking for from you?
