Overview
THE COMPANY: Brewster Partners are recruiting for an International manufacturer in North Sheffield for a Sales Account Manager. My client provide industry leading technology and quality, and strive to deliver excellent customer service. The role will sit in the Engineering arm of the business and is a blend between existing business (80%) and new business (20%). This role has become available due to growth and internal promotion. My client are in excellent position for candidates commuting from Sheffield, Barnsley, Rotherham and offer excellent motorway links. THE JOB: Focusing on customer experience to enable the team to maximise sales opportunities Pursue opportunities to generate Prospects, Enquiries, Quotes and convert to Orders Obtain feedback on lost enquiries to improve performance and offering Develop Customer Relationships - Establishing, maintaining and expanding the customer base Identify Business Development opportunities Provide competitive quotes to maximise commercial advantage Liaise with Production for lead times and production updates Travel to meet customers and develop business opportunities (limited) Plan and attend Shows and Exhibitions as required Monitor competitors to define the risks and opportunities Ensure Sales processes are Fit for Purpose and fully adhered to Compile, report and analyse sales figures Develop reporting to identify and maximise Sales - eg Gap Analysis and Cross Selling Devise strategies and techniques necessary for achieving the sales target Maintain CRM and data files/records as required for future reference Develop and maintain Price Lists within a Pricing Strategy Improve customer experience Collect customer feedback and market research Maintain Price Lists within a Pricing Strategy Assist with all aspects of campaigns, including mailshots, promotions, gifts and events; to enhance the awareness of the business and products Positively interact and maintain relationships with key suppliers/consultants Contribute effectively to team meetings THE PERSON: Previous experience in a similar role is essential Flexible with travel Ability to learn and converse about technical subjects IT System savvy Honest and credible Attitude - mature and professional at all times Looking for a long term position THE BENEFITS: Excellent basic salary Opportunity to travel Company bonus Excellent working hours Monday to Thursday (08:00-16:30) Friday (08:00-14:30) Westfield health care 25 days holiday plus stats Pension scheme Brewster Partners Office Support & Technical Recruitment is a division of the Brewster Partners Recruitment Group focusing on the recruitment of talent in administration, business support, HR, sales, marketing and purchasing in South Yorkshire, West Yorkshire, East Yorkshire, North Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire and the Midlands.
