Overview

Insurance Account Handler We are working with a national insurance organisation who are the leaders in Insurance on prestige vehicles, and have a rare opening in the Dudley office for an experienced Account Handler to join the team. This is a busy, varied, none-sales role, with a fantastic package and we would love to hear from anyone with an account management / account handler experience from the Insurance, banking or finance sector. In this role you will be working office hours (no weekends, no evenings) and you will handle the day to day running of your existing business customers - you will be first point of contact and you will be responsible for dealing with a host of queries that may come though, as well as handling renewals and potential new policies. Liaising with different departments, you will also resolve any issues that may crop up along the way. You will need to be IT literate, have brilliant communication skills and be able to deal with things quickly and efficiently.
