Overview
The company: With an excellent range of interiors products used extensively within the hospitality, leisure, care and education sectors, our client is well recognised as a leading manufacturer of interiors products sold through both the retail and trade, Architect and Design community. The role: Working within the company’s contract sales team, we are looking for an experienced and motivated field based sales person who will make a crucial contribution to the successful development of the brand in the Architect & Design sector in London. Main responsibilities: Generate business for the company via interior designers, architects and specifiers Execution of UK specification strategy in London Represent the company professionally to all clients and partners Manage, perform and follow up sample requests, events and presentations Communicate appropriately with colleagues and other departments to progress sales pipeline and address issues The person: The ideal candidate will have experience of working within specification sales within the interiors sector. Specific product sector experience is not important, however, experience of developing business and relationships with architects and designers within London is required. You may have experience of working within contract product categories such as fabrics, wallcoverings, flooring, furniture, lighting or even specification sales within exterior products.
