Rapier Employment, the specialist Logistics, Transport and Warehouse supply agency are currently looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant . The Enfield office is a busy office with long standing clients and a large driving pool and we are looking to further grow and develop the business within North London and Hertfordshire. A full driving licence is required for the role of Recruitment Consultant to enable you to attend sales and service visits. Working Monday to Friday 8.00-17.00. The day to day duties of a Recruitment Consultant will include: Customer development, building a solid working relationship with key clients Re-establishing a relationship with lapsed clients New business activity such as sales calls, attending prospect meetings B2B business development, building up a client base Sourcing candidates for both temporary and permanent contracts To be considered for the role of Recruitment Consultant , you will need to demonstrate the following: Proven track record in B2B sales A tenacious attitude A "can do" and positive approach to work Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional customer service skills We are looking for a professional, driven and self-starting individual who is tenacious and business minded. In return, you will receive Limited out of hours requirement. We have a dedictated on call service 365 days of the year A competitive salary ranging from £22,000 - £26,000 depending on experience.
