The Role We are looking for ambitious and motivated recruiters with experience of working within a 360 role with demonstrated examples of success. As an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant you will build and grow a client portfolio using commercial information to identify organisations that have current or future recruitment needs from SMEs to global multi-nationals, develop client contact strategies, conduct business development calls, schedule and attend pitches with prospective clients and consult and engage with clients to understand their needs and sell the most appropriate solution for attracting the right candidates. You will also need to be comfortable networking in your dedicated industry sector/specialism and become an expert in market, if you are not already You will have excellent communication, listening and presentation skills, strong negotiation skills and proven ability to 'close deals'.Being the driving force in a larger team, you should be a highly motivated, a target driven, customer focussed professional in addition to being a strong process driven, well organised and disciplined individual. A strong personality will be a must, as will the ability to cultivate new opportunities to develop and thrive. One or more of the following sector backgrounds would be an advantage, although not absolutely necessary; Engineering, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Defence, Energy, Automotive, Legal, Professional Services, Finance, Retail, Logistics, Procurement, FMCG.
