Here at NPA Nottingham, having just celebrated our 1st birthday as a startup we are now seeking candidates who are looking to grow as our '3 year plan' to expand into 6 more locations comes into fruition Our primary focus here at NPA is our events based promotions and personalised marketing strategies that we provide for our clients. Right now we need to think about the growth of the company to help us to maintain the momentum created in this first year of business We are in need of 3 Trainee Events Managers to help us expand and as a company that firmly believes managers should only be promoted from within, we pride ourselves on our ability to train managers from the roots, upwards The Role As part of your initial training you will: Understand our company from it's very roots Undergo our sales training Manage pop-events and promotional activity Handle all client enquiries effectively and in a professional manner You'll handle sales transactions at private site events Shadow your Campaign Marketing Manager to ensure events run smoothly Pride yourself in your personalised approach to customer service Qualifications: Strong consumer awareness Exceptional communication skills (writtten and verbal) The ability to work well as a team and independantly All applicants need to be above the age of 18 (client's legal requirement) To find out more about the NPA family, our goals as a company or our self employed vacancies and have the opportunity to meet the management team apply via the online process.
