You do NOT need experience within Aerospace, Engineering or Technology The Role Sourcing candidates & identifying relationships via applications, job sites and through LinkedIn. Conducting both phone and face to face interviews. Arrange and lead meetings. Building rapport and developing relationships with key decision makers. High volume of calls to assess suitable candidates. As with any recruitment role, you will be working towards targets, earning huge commission and focusing on working towards promotions As your role develops, you should except more responsibility and therefore more financial reward Ideal Candidate Well presented & comfortable with going on candidate/client meetings. High energy and positive mindset. Solid work ethic (demonstrated through past work experience/working alongside studies). Degree preferred but not essential. Engaging personality, ability to build rapport.
