RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT LEICESTER c£28k (depending on experience) Would you like to be a part of one of Europe's leading recruitment businesses? Grafton Recruitment have a consultative approach where we work as recruitment partners for both our candidates and clients. We offer value added propositions including psychometric testing and market insights. Launching a new branch in January 2020, we already have a team of 3 and have managed to achieve our Q1 objectives. We have invested in a state of the art CRM which will remove administrative tasks and allow Consultants to become more productive and efficient. As part of our strategic growth, we are looking to recruit a 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Leicester covering permanent recruitment in a chosen specialism (ideally one of the following but not limited: HR, Marketing, IT, Public Sector or Corporate Business Services). This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward thinking business where you will have opportunities to grow. THE ROLE: We are looking for a driven, dynamic individual with proven sales ability to sell our recruitment services both over the phone and face to face. You will have joint responsibility for managing our fast expanding client base and filling vacancies with suitably skilled candidates placing an emphasis on building long-term business relationships with clients and candidates alike. Cold calling and face-to-face new business development in order to generate new clients. Gaining strong understanding of client recruitment needs through continued relationship building. Attracting, screening and introducing candidates to clients in line with agreed client requirements on a permanent recruitment basis. Troubleshooting issues and putting pre-emptive measures in place to ensure continued client satisfaction. Working towards weekly/monthly KPIs and revenue targets. THE CANDIDATE: Recruitment experience in a specialist market is essential Proven track record of achievement against KPIs and revenue targets. Ability to source and generate new sales leads. Appreciation of the importance of excellent service delivery to ensure repeat business with clients and candidates. Ability to demonstrate strong understanding of client recruitment requirements and source candidates matching their needs. Ability to identify problems and ensure that pre-emptive corrective actions plans are put in place for future.
