Their large and successful location in Chesham is looking for a business-minded Graduate Area Sales Manager to join their team. As a Graduate Area Sales Manager, you will: Receive a starting salary between £21,000 - £25,000 (depending on previous sales experience) Be rewarded with your cut of the company's profits in the form of an uncapped bonus Progress to Area Sales Manager role in 3-6 months (depending on previous sales experience) which will come with a high-end company car, phone and laptop Learn about the internal runnings of the business and their systems including B2B distribution, logistics, business processes, account management, procurement and sales Receive on-going training and professional development How fast and how far you progress is completely in your hands: With this business, you will be given the tools to be successful and the freedom to make an impact and progress in this highly sociable and fast-paced industry.
