Signage Account Manager

Position: Account Manager - Signage Salary - Up to £25K DOE Location: Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire Account Manager - Large Format & Signage My client are looking for an Account Manager to join their team selling a variety of signage including: Internal, External, Retail / POS, exhibitions & Event Branding. Roles and Responsibilities; Build quotes and process customer orders, using in-house software. Build and develop strong relationships with clients and suppliers Consistently exceed client expectations by providing superior customer service and a 'can do' attitude. Develop existing customer accounts / look for new business opportunities Chasing enquiries, quotations and converting these into orders, recording all results. Keeping in touch with existing customers by way of email, telephone, and direct mail Develop extensive knowledge of available Impact signage products/print possibilities Management of the end-to-end sales process for new and existing customers. Answering telephone and general help with admin. Managing Social Media posts What will be expected from you: The successful candidate must be comfortable and confident on the phone and be commercially aware. You will be able to work with a minimum of supervision; be an independent thinker & demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
