Trainee Recruitment Consultant Bristol £18,000 to £20,000 – Up to £40,000 OTE Year 1 Training Progression Huge Incentives A true success story. You will be joining at exactly the right time – in the next year we will need Managers, this could be you This job is very hard and is long hours but will give you the chance to earn up to £40,000 in your first year at the company. The role is heavily telephone and sales based. You will be making outbound phone calls to business to sell recruitment services and then sourcing candidates to fill the job opportunities. The Role: Full recruitment role. Lots of outbound phone calls trying to win clients - 80 or more new business calls per day. Interviewing and preparing candidates for jobs. Happy to work up to a 48 hours a week. The Candidate: Will suit a wide range of individuals. Keen to learn – full training given (theory and skills based) but success doesn’t come over night. Self-motivated & confident – lots of phone calling. Will be resilient & will stick in there when things get tough – lots of rejection faced in the role. Desire to earn as much as possible.
