Dealer Account Manager (Northamptonshire & Leicestershire) Prime Motor Finance The Company: Industry leading and award-winning provider of finance to the automotive market. Secure banking organisation with established brand name. You'll be joining a high-energy team who work closely together to secure and retain business in the sector. Responsibilities: Field based role - You will be responsible for managing your own designated territory Representative of the company brand and finance products within the automotive market place. You'll call on a range of independent and franchised dealerships and offer a wide range of finance solutions such as HP, PCP and vehicle stocking loans. Primarily you will be targeting and securing business with dealerships as well as retaining the business and managing the relationship moving forward. There is a lot of potential in this area to push for new business and make a name for yourself in the Automotive Finance market place with an established organisation. Person Specification: Personality and attitude is key; primarily looking for an outgoing and energetic new business winner who has the ambition to succeed and develop their career in the industry. You need to have proven ability to win business and retain client relationships at all levels. Motor trade experience either dealership based or having sold into dealerships is ideal Finance experience and/or field based experience is beneficial but not essential. In this role you will be joining a high energy and top performing team who work to support each other. I'm looking for someone who is a team player but has the ability to work autonomously and achieve their own targets as well. Package: Basic salary over £30,000 Attractive uncapped commission structure - Top performers are earning £65,000 Realistic on target earnings are c£55,000 in the first year company car, fuel card, phone, laptop Further benefits include: Pension, Life assurance, Share save scheme and lots more.
