Sales Manager Sales Manager, Construction, Wolverhampton Your new company This highly reputable Construction firm that works within building materials. Based in Wolverhampton. Your new role You will be in charge of managing organisational sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals and coordinating the marketing consultants on lead generation. You will also be tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of your sales team by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets, and facilitate the ongoing training of your salespeople and much more. What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this role, you will need a degree in business or a related field. You will have experience in planning and implementing sales strategies. You will have experience in customer relationship management as well as having experience managing and directing a sales team. Outstanding written, verbal and communication skills are essential.
