My client has been changing the face of property sales and lettings in the region for the last 10 years and has been built around an ethos of customer service and enriching their staff. They are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to come on board and take the step up to Director level within their Modern offices in Witney. You will take charge of the whole Witney team and will use your entrepreneurial mind to target and coordinate marketing opportunities in the local area and build the brand in a competitive market. Working alongside your team of sales and lettings managers, you will set targets for the team and will help individuals achieve those targets. Also, you will be personally responsible for ensuring the overall service delivered to vendors and landlords is of the highest standard. Through building lasting relationships in the locality, you will be increase the profile of the business and will increase your overall earnings through commission, bonuses and prizes for performance. Salary/Package: £28,000 - £30,000 Basic salary with OTE of £40,000 - £50,000, plus pool car, private health care & a mobile phone.
