Area Sales Manager - Precast Flooring Job Title: Area Sales Representative - Precast Flooring nce Number: Industry Sector: Precast Concrete Products, Concrete, Precast Flooring, Concrete Flooring, Precast Flooring, Beam and Block Flooring Systems, Beams, Blocks, Precast Products, Groundworkers, Groundwork Contractor, Civil Groundworkers, Main Contractors, Civil Contractors, Sub Contractors, Housebuilders, National Housebuilder, Residential Market, Residential Flooring, Specifications, Housebuilder Specifications Areas to be covered: Central / North Oxford Remuneration: £25,000 - £35,000neg (depending on experience) circa 10% bonus (negotiable) Benefits: company car or car allowance and full benefits package The role of the Area Sales Representative - Precast Flooring will involve: Field sales position selling a manufactured range of high quality precast insulated flooring products into the national house build & residential market sector All of your time will be spent selling to (and protecting / closing specifications with) civil ground workers and national house builders Dealing with order values ranging from £10-£200k plus Adding to a sales team turnover or circa £7m, looking to rapidly grow in the coming years 90:10 split of time spent generating new business and managing and expanding existing relationships Working closely with line Sales Manager Will be required to use a newly introduced CRM system Will be required to support with on and off site training The ideal applicant will be Area Sales Representative - Precast Flooring with: Must have construction field sales experience selling directly into groundworkers, civil groundworkers, groundwork contractors or housebuilders Ideally come from a concrete related product background for example beam and blocks, precast insulated flooring, retaining walls, concrete blocks, precast concrete, concrete drainage Would consider people from any product background if you have experience selling to housebuilders or groundworkers (for example drainage and membranes) Ideally hold a CSCS card (not essential) Demonstrable track record of sales success and achieving targets Capable of working autonomously and work to deadlines Driven, ambitious, self motivated and a genuine passion for sales Mitchell Maguire is a specialist Construction Field Sales Recruitment Consultancy, dealing exclusively with Construction Field Sales Jobs, Construction field sales vacancies and Specification field sales positions within: Precast Concrete Products, Concrete, Precast Flooring, Concrete Flooring, Precast Flooring, Beam and Block Flooring Systems, Beams, Blocks, Precast Products, Groundworkers, Groundwork Contractor, Civil Groundworkers, Main Contractors, Civil Contractors, Sub Contractors, Housebuilders, National Housebuilder, Residential Market, Residential Flooring, Specifications, Housebuilder Specifications
