Lettings & Management Consultant - Beccles

Our client is a successful and respected independent Estate Agency with several offices in the local area. They are seeking a Lettings Consultant to join their team based close to the village of Beccles. Responsibilities Managed properties for current landlords and deal with their maintenance issues, gas safety checks and soon electrical checks and general inspections. Taking on new Lettings instructions Dealing with new landlords Dealing with the photos, write-ups, uploading them onto Jupix (and property portals), window cards, boards Attending viewings Experience, Skills & Attributes to include : Ideally a minimum of two years' experience in a letting's environment Ambitious, reliable, trustworthy and act with integrity Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written Computer literate with experience of Microsoft Office and Outlook Excellent organisation, prioritisation and planning skills Salary: Up to £20,000 basic salary with a chance of earning commission.
