New Business Advisor Portsmouth £19,000 - Expected OTE of £24,000 Uncapped Commission & Outstanding Benefits Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 Are you someone with drive and ambition to succeed? My client are expanding their well-established Business Development team, where they have achievable targets and uncapped commission available. If you are looking to join a sales team, showcase your skills, grow and progress in the company, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Making calls to identify opportunities, convert these into sales, and using admin skills to keep company records accurate and up to date. Key Skills: A self-starter with a "can-do" attitude, have a friendly demeanour while still able to push hard to achieve targets and deadlines. Strong IT skills in Word and the ability to pick up computer systems. Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder engagement You'll be positive and proactive, willing to learn and progress. Experience of working to targets is required, to ensure the success of your team and the business. My client are based in Portsmouth, where a free shuttle bus is available taking you to and from the nearest station each morning and afternoon. The beautifully new renovated office provides space to take your lunches and breaks in a comfortable way. Free breakfast is also provided each morning.
