Most of your time is focused on textile manufacturing clients in the North. There’ll be plenty of opportunity to travel and meet with clients. Majority of your time is placing perm candidates - with some contract now-and-again. There’s a huge database to source candidates from. You’ll also be given existing jobs/accounts to work on. There is also marketing and BD help. Based from Rochdale. About You You must have recruitment consultant experience. Any recruitment experience around manufacturing or engineering could be advantageous. Down-to-earth, honest and a grafter… Happy to bring new ideas to the table.
