Assistant Branch Manager £20-30k Basic - £45k OTE Redhill A well established Independent agency based in Redhill is currently looking for an Assistant Branch Manager to help grow and drive the business forward. The ideal Assistant Branch Manager will have the following: Experience as a Sales Manager or an Assistant Branch Manager, a Senior Valuer / Estate Agent who is ready for the step up Be target driven and tenacious, with a proven track record of achievement Able to help drive the business forward Listing and instruction winning experience Ability to build strong business relationships Have good organisational skills Focused to lead and motivate a team Full UK License with own car Excellent Knowledge about the Redhill area What's in it for you?
