Overview
Are you a professional and hard-working individual, with the determination to consistently achieve and exceed set targets, looking for an exciting opportunity within a well-established Estate Agency? 4 years' experience within residential lettings at a senior level is required. Monday to Friday 8:30am - 6:30pm, Saturdays 9am - 5:30pm (day off in lieu during the week) £17,000 to £18,000 per annum basic salary, plus company car/car allowance and bonuses OTE circa £35,000 to £45,000 per annum Assistant Lettings Manager, Estate Agent Upminster, Essex Duties include: Aid growth and new business through proactive engagement with current and prospective clients Capitalise on all leads brought into the branch Support team to ensure they meet and exceed their targets Bring new properties onto the market Work closely with vendors to ensure high quality services Negotiate offers between applicants and landlords Conducting viewings Our clients require: Impeccable customer service and communication skills High attention to detail Ability to lead and inspire a successful team of negotiators Positive and tenacious nature Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and clients Successful track record in meeting and exceeding targets Full UK driving licence essential A highly respected and well-established independent Estate Agency, covering Residential Sales, Lettings and Property Management, Land & New Homes, Financial Services, Commercial Property and Surveying.
