Territory Sales Manager - £40 - 50k 29k OTE £Multi-Billion Organisation Renowned for Product Quality Exciting role with a Blue-Chip International Organisation Fast Growing Division with excellent progression opportunities YOUR CAREER : This International manufacturer lead the way within their various medical disciplines, turning over more than $13 billion globally. Their reputation in the market is superb and the opportunities they can offer their sales team are considerable. This company offers intensive in-house product and systems training as well as ongoing managerial support with a variety of career prospects on offer for the right candidate. THE ROLE: In this role, you will be selling a portfolio of neuro and spinal capital equipment and consumables including high speed drills, ultrasonic aspiration devices and micro powertools. Surgical customers are key here, including neurospine consultants, KOLs, theatre teams and procurement. The focus will be on providing clinical support and account management to theatres as and when required as this is a very consultative sales focussed role. The London territory is very successful and well-established, with further growth opportunities expected too. THE PERSON: To be considered for this Territory Sales Manager role you will ideally have a background in orthopaedic sales and be confident in selling capital equipment, but those with a similar medical devices background will also be considered. You must have the skills and character to work in a theatre environment, and strategic sales experience will be very beneficial here. Candidates who are structured, with great planning skills yet high energy and adaptable will do well in this environment.
