Technical Coordinator - Housing Company, London - up to £45,000 Basic Salary Bonus Benefits We are partnered with a leading Housing Company based in London who are seeking to appoint a Technical Coordinator to join the Development team. Working closely with the Senior Technical Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the Technical and Design stages from conception through the construction phase to completion. You will manage the external contractors as well as working closely with internal teams including Commercial, Construction and Sales. This is a key role to support with delivering against their £2bil development programme over the next 5 years. You will have a strong background in residential property and be confident to work with teams across the business. You will coordinate the design process, managing a team of external contractors.
