Trainee Recruitment Consultant Bristol £19,000 Starting Salary – Up to £40,000 OTE Year 1 Training Progression Huge Incentives Luton Bennett is the perfect size agency to join. Small enough that you will be a big part of the company and big enough for you to have a progressive career. You will be joining at exactly the right time, we have exciting plans in the next year… you could be a part of it This job is very hard and there can be long hours but will give you the chance to earn up to £40,000 in your first year at the company. The role is heavily telephone and sales based. You will be calling business to sell recruitment services and then sourcing candidates to fill the job opportunities. We have grown to 15 staff & our plans are even bigger for 2020 – We are aiming to get to 25 staff which means that we need our future Managers The business operates a meritocracy progression structure & so if you are the best Consultant based on results you will progress the fastest. Of course we have great offices and often enjoy individual and group incentives. The Role: Full recruitment role. Lots of phone calling trying to win clients - 80 or more new business calls per day. Interviewing and preparing candidates for jobs. Happy to work up to 48 hours a week. The Candidate: Keen to learn, full training given (theory and skills based) but success doesn’t come over night. Self-motivated & confident – lots of phone calling. Will be resilient & will stick in there when things get tough – lots of rejection faced in the role. Desire to earn as much as possible.
