You will be recruiting for a variety of roles within Vitality Health’s Direct Sales Function. Due to company growth we require a new team member to help bring exceptional talent into our business in our Sales teams. With the use of multiple job boards and sourcing facilities, on site interview rooms for face to face interviews and running assessment centres you will have all the equipment you need to bring in the right people. Responsibilities as our Recruitment Associate - Sales/ Telemarketing: - Design and execute relevant attraction strategies - Advertise positions on the Vitality website and job boards - Utilise job boards and social media channels to attract candidates - Use existing applicant talent pools - Manage candidates through their journey with us - Pre-screen applicants through to telephone interview - Conduct candidate telephone interviews - Arrange face to face interviews with candidates and hiring managers - Liaise with hiring managers, L&D and Planning throughout the recruitment process - Report on recruitment progress to the relevant Line Managers - Build relationships with recruitment agencies who help support Vitality - Make job offers to successful candidates Closing Date: Friday 13th March Working for Vitality as our Recruitment Associate - Sales/ Telemarketing , you'll experience an exciting mix of creativity and innovation, within a framework of challenging objectives and a passion for delivering the best.
