Graduate Recruitment Consultant - Trainee Position £19,000 Starting Salary (OTE £40,000 Up to £1,000 Pay Rise Every 3 Months Great Incentives) Bristol, (Central Offices) Graduate Recruitment Consultant wanted for driven and fun recruitment agency that is growing quickly. The first year OTE really is £40,000 this is a FACT The Role: Full Graduate / Trainee Recruitment Consultant role 20% - 30% Commission on ALL personal billings (this is very high compared to other companies) Mentoring from Senior staff with over 13 years’ experience in engineering recruitment Monthly personal and team based incentives (lunch clubs, trips out & holidays) Fun & fast paced central offices Progression through the business is based entirely on personal performance Market leading training from recruiters with 13 years’ experience The Person: Want to work in highly competitive company where everyone works really hard Quick learner, hard worker and wants to do well Wants rapid career progression & hungry to learn Will also consider non graduates with sales or similar relevant career experience
