If you worked here You would be working for a highly successful, reputable and innovative Estate Agency You would also be working within a team of knowledgeable and experienced individuals With an amazing office location and great working environment, this agency utilises exciting property marketing and technology, making them stand out from the rest Your career path would be supported and developed amongst their motivating team About our client Family run agency with over 40 years of property industry experience Newly established with an impressive and exciting strategy Specialising in sales, lettings and new homes in and around the West Essex area Integrating new technology to aid business development Always pushing boundaries and determined to succeed A typical day Carry out viewings with prospective tenants Dealing with telephone and email inquiries from prospective tenants Carrying out landlord marketing updates as required Processing payments (deposits, first month’s rent etc.) Negotiating offers under the direction of the Lettings Manager Progressing a letting; keeping all parties well informed The need to knows Lettings Negotiator based in Loughton, Essex Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm, Saturday 9am – 5pm (day off in lieu during the week) £16,000 to £18,000 per annum basic salary OTE circa £25,000 to £30,000 per annum 2 years’ experience in residential lettings is required Additional treats Stunning office in a great location Progressive and forward-thinking approach to career development Supporting and contributing to their local community and charities If this sounds right for you, then please get in touch with Mark on Ref: 18677
