At circa 2-6PQE, you will be an experienced employment solicitor. Not only will you be joining one of the leading employment teams in the UK, you will be handling the highest quality of work for a range of clients including FTSE100 and FTSE250 businesses and key regional employers. You can expect to deal with a full range of employment law and HR support work in areas such as recruitment, service agreements, executive terminations, unfair dismissal, discrimination, TUPE and outsourcing, redundancy and change management, restrictive covenants and complex grievance complaints. You will be encouraged to be a key client contact and to develop individual client relationships.
