Your new role An exciting career opportunity has arisen for someone to join the Construction recruitment team in Scotland, supporting recruitment of jobs across the trades & labour market. Joining the Construction & Property team in North Scotland, you will be one of a team who work with Site and Project Managers in the area. As a wider team across Scotland, the markets we operate across are; Construction, Property, Office Support/Administration, Accountancy & Finance, IT, HR, Procurement, Supply Chain and Marketing. An individual with sales or business development experience is preferred for this role. You will be joining a supportive and hugely experienced management team, and working alongside colleagues who are experts in their respected fields, with opportunities for developing your role and growing your remit in the future. What you’ll need to succeed We are looking for a highly motivated individual to run this varied and busy desk, and work seamlessly with Construction professionals operating at both a strategic and operational level. You should be a proactive individual with an ability to manage existing relationships, develop new business and play a key role in the continued growth of the C&P specialism. This job will suit someone ready to take the next step in their sales or recruitment career in the Inverness area.
