Overview
Our clients, a well-respected and leading Estate Agency, are actively seeking a New Homes Sales Manager to work in South West England, incorporating Swindon and Bristol The position will suit a candidate with a background in Residential Estate Agency, preferably as a Branch Manager, who possesses a strong sales background, strong customer service skills and is organised and driven. New Homes experience not essential, however the ability to liaise with developers, help win business and drive the sales team forward is essential. The position will involve business development and ensure the residential sales team are driving new homes sales forward and maximising opportunities. A driving licence is essential as the role will be working across several offices in The South West. In return our clients offer a basic salary of £25,000 with commission taking the on target earnings to £45,000. Company car, phone and laptop.
