Join the team at the Wellesley Hospital in our purpose built 75 bed hospital in the South West for men and women with mental health problems What we are looking for We are currently recruiting for an experienced Trauma Focused/Complex Care Nurse Specialist to join our team. You will support the ward manager to help build a confident, high quality and caring team who are experts in their field You will be responsible for championing and guiding a diverse range of nursing and health care assistant staff whilst working alongside other multidisciplinary colleagues You will have proven interpersonal skills Demonstratable ability to handle complex communications Demonstratable experience of leadership; Experience of managing complex workloads and competing priorities Ensuring optimum client care is maintained by managing patient care plans and risk assessments Providing the highest standard of quality care of patients Promote and maintain high standards of clinical practice Develop care plans and risk assessments Essential Requirements Essential Requirements A nursing qualification (RMN) Current registration with the NMC Nurse Role Where you will be working Location : Westpark 26, Chelston, Wellington, Somerset, TA21 9FF You will be working at Wellesley Hospital, a purpose built 75 bed hospital in Wellington (Somerset) for men and women with mental health problems. The Wellesley Hospital built in 2017 works alongside Devon Partnership NHS Trust, Avon and Wiltshire Foundation Trust, Cornwall Foundation Trust, 2gether Foundation Trust, Cygnet Healthcare and Livewell to deliver the best possible environment for patients with mental health issues.
