Trainee Recruitment Consultant, Bristol We are now recruiting for talented individuals to become market-leading recruitment consultants across a number of specialisms within the Bristol office. Driving licence required. Your new role As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant within the Bristol office, you will manage your business sector approaching the best talent and representing them in the market place. In addition to speaking with talented professionals about their working requirements you'll then make sales calls and meet with prospective employers to discuss the skill sets they're looking to add to their team. To help provide the upmost quality of service to our customers, we meet all applicants to assess both their hard and soft skill sets to make the most appropriate match for their situation. Your new office The Hays Bristol office is the flagship model office of the West & Wales region, made up of around 70 consultants across 12 different specialisms to include Construction & Property, Education, IT, Accountancy & Finance, Engineering, Marketing and Office Support among others. The Senior Management team in Bristol are true people leaders who take pride in leading from the front and developing each person individually into successful business-minded and driven Recruitment Consultants. Currently going from strength to strength after winning a national award for the Best Performing Hays office in the UK & Ireland 2019, we are now growing our headcount and investing massively into the office technology and infrastructure. Exciting times ahead What you'll need to succeed There's not one typical person that makes a good Recruitment Consultant, we've got people from all kinds of backgrounds.
