Area Sales Manager / Business Development Manager Position: Area Sales Manager South East. Location: All areas will be considered dependent on experience. Due to the continued growth and future plans of the business, my client is now looking to recruit a new Area Sales Manager / Business Development Manager. Role: The candidate will be responsible for growing sales across the South East. The candidate will be expected to manage and build on existing relationships with customers and contractors whilst identifying new opportunities and raising product awareness. The job will include sales, presentations, tradeshows, and site visits. As such the candidate will be expected to spend a high proportion of their time travelling within their region. The candidate will be based remotely but work closely with, and be managed by the National Manager; with full support from the Technical team and others based at the Head Office in the UK. Candidate: The ideal candidate should have the following credentials: 3 Sales experience in Cleaning Equipment Hands on approach to sales Experience of identifying and completing complex sales with interactions with the buyers, designs engineers and contractors Technically astute with a practical approach to problem solving A highly motivated, self-led individual with a systematic approach to sales and business development Effective communicator, comfortable presenting to groups and individuals in a technical capacity Remote sales experience is a distinct advantage Have a full UK driving license There is a huge potential for the candidate to progress as the business evolves.
