Overview

Location: Orpington Salary: £40,000-£45,000 per annum plus competitive commission structure Hours: 40 hours per week Want to take that next step in your care career and join an outstanding luxury care provider? We are looking to recruit a Customer Relations Manager with a solid background of building and maintaining strong relationships, who feels ready to become the first point of contact for existing and potential clients in this high-end service. Reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing, your role will be to manage all enquiries for the service, either on-site or over the phone. You will market the home through various communication and advertising methods and using your excellent customer service and influencing skills, your aim will be to turn queries into completed sales, supporting the business to meet KPI’s and targets. Responsibilities: Working to build the Baycroft brand within the local community by networking with groups/agencies to generate referrals into the home Ensure that show suites and apartments are well maintained Following up with all enquiries and work closely with customers to ensure they are kept up to date with the progress of sale Ensuring that all information and reports necessary for the key stakeholders and the senior management team are produced and delivered in a timely manner Hold regular meetings with the Home Manager to review progress and discuss following weeks marketing and business development activities Work to create a positive and successful move in experience for new residents and their families What we can offer you: 28 days annual leave Pensions - One Housing is a sector-leader in the contributions we make to our colleagues’ pensions. Skills and experience: Previous experience as a Sales Manager or Customer Relations Manager within the care industry - preferably dealing with new developments. The ability to build trusted relationships with all stakeholders and clients.
