Recruitment Resourcer / Trainee Account Manager

Hancock and Parsons is a leading privately owned recruitment business located in Ashford & Chelmsford. We specialise in placing IT and IT Sales people. We currently have an urgent requirement for a Recruitment Resourcer / Account Manager to join our growing team. This is a delivery role so there will be no new business sales. Your role will be to find and match candidates for our well established clients - FULL STRUCTURED TRAINING PROGRAMME PROVIDED. Your role will involve: 1. Calling 30 candidates per day 2. Using modern sourcing techniques such as Linkedin and social media to find candidates. 2. Qualifying candidates for specific roles, based on their experience 3. Setting up interviews with clients 4. Arranging interviews and offers for candidates No previous recruitment experience is required, what is required is a great attitude, a willingness to work hard and the ability to work in a fast moving environment and demanding client driven environment. This role includes a basic salary and also a generous commission package. Commission is uncapped and you can earn commission from day one.
