The role . As an Internal Account Manager you will support and manage a number of accounts ensuring that they have the highest level of customer service by being the designated point of contact and providing a full portfolio of account management services including build up relationships with banks, keeping on top of current lending policies and building up client relationships on email, phone and face to face;.
