Client Relationship Manager (Account Management) Location: Alton, Hampshire Salary: £negotiable Car Allowance/Bonus (£18k) If you have first class client engagement skills with the ability to develop long term client relationships then we are keen to hear from you. Applicants must have experience of managing multiple client accounts in an outsourced/managed service environment. Responsibilities will include: Managing external client relationships to ensure a high-level of customer satisfaction Responsible for the growth of the account Act as a point of escalation for client issues/calls Undertake regular client visits Positive client engagement Staff Training and development Ensure that service delivery on the account reaches the highest standards Review and report on Account Performance Development of strategy that will positively influence the performance of the account Applicants should have: Prior experience managing client accounts Experience of developing and growing client accounts Technically strong with systems implementation experience Experience of managing change The ability to develop strong client relationships
