Field Sales Executive - FMCG Brands to Retail Basic Salary: £20000 (£26000 OTE) Company Car Mobile Phone Laptop Corporate Benefits Location: Gloucester Excellent opportunity to work with leading retail brands The Company We are the UK’s market leader in Field Marketing to the FMCG and OOH sectors. We have been established for a number of years and are proud to work in partnership with a wealth of different brands, recognised across the UK FMCG sector and also globally. Our Sales teams provide invaluable support in promoting these brands across all areas of FMCG, and our clients including major multiple retailers, convenience retailers, forecourts and also exposure into the Foodservice sector. The brands we work with are varied, but all leaders in their respective fields. This spans both Food and non-food and also specialist areas including alcoholic beverages and coffee. Due to a successful 2019 we are seeking to develop further with the addition of new field sales professionals to our team. The Role As a field based Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing up to 200 accounts across your geographical territory. Your account base will consist of retailers, with the focus being on educating them on brand awareness, assisting with point of sale marketing tactics, managing the availability and distribution of products in addition to building a solid customer relationship to grow and develop the account. You will be responsible for implementing promotional activity across your area and introducing new innovative products within the sector. You will be targeted on KPIs based on visits and product availability and provide a valuable support function to the brand owners you are representing. The candidate We are looking to speak to candidates with a personable approach and strong communication skills, looking to develop a career within FMCG or Field Sales. Graduates looking for a first step into Field Sales will be of particular interest. Candidates with existing Field Marketing, Field Sales or Field merchandising experience will also be strongly welcomed. We are also keen to speak to candidates with experience in other customer focusing areas, such as Retail Sales or Telesales seeking to move into Field sales. Candidates in sales to General public, familiar with working in a targeted environment, looking to progress to B2B or Field sales will also be of interest. Candidates must hold a full UK driving license.
