National Account Manager Pertemps are currently recruiting for A National Account Manager to join a company based in Tamworth, We are looking for someone who can maximise sales and margin performance with a nominated set of accounts ensuring maximum service level. Responsibilities: • Building long- term supply positions with target key accounts; maximising share of the customers' business and "embedding" as the preferred supplier • Account management of the company's existing customer portfolio; minimising business losses and maximising potential growth • Identify and deliver new opportunities within account base • Building a credible pipeline in line with corporate objectives • Building a detailed understanding of customers, markets and competitors • Developing a Strategic Account Management approach and customer facing plan to ensure senior relationships and Group wide contracts • Producing robust business plans that exceed sales and profit targets • Effective negotiation of supply rates balancing customer service requirements with maximising corporate profitability objectives • Daily update of CRM customer records, opportunities and cases and effective communication of new developments with colleagues • Effective liaison and communication with Operations Manager, Team Leaders, other departments and teams Applicant Criteria: • Minimum three years Account Management experience • Proven track record of developing sales opportunities with existing customers • Experience of managing multi-site/multi-contact customers • Driving licence essential If you are interested in this role apply now or for more information call Ella on .
