Trainee Lettings Negotiator - £18K Basic £22K OTE - Driving License essential This would be a great opportunity for a Trainee Lettings Negotiator to get in to agency The ideal Trainee Lettings Negotiator candidate will have previous sales experience gained from a customer focused environment and keen to learn and develop their skills in Estate Agency. They will be highly motivated and ambitious and want to play an active part in the continued success of our client by achieving targets in all business income streams including property sales and lettings, booking valuations, financial service appointments and sign ups, conveyancing quotes and instructions. To be considered for the this Trainee Lettings Negotiator role you will have a proven track record of working to and exceeding targets, be highly motivated and be able to work under pressure. The Trainee Lettings Negotiator should have/possess: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills An excellent telephone manner Excellent personal presentation and conduct An organised and methodical approach Full UK driver's license (essential) Ability to work well in a team environment Evidence of targeted sales experience Evidence of excellent customer service Trainee Estate Agent - Lettings Negotiator - Sales Negotiator - Trainee Lettings Negotiator - Customer Service - Negotiation - Estate Agency
