The Role Be the single point of contact for all quote requests from the customer Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities Manage the order process from start to finish Keeping customers fully up-to-date with order status Establish and maintain strong rapport Provide an outstanding level of customer service Support external sales in managing account administration The Candidate Strong communication skills Sales experience Ideally exposure to a B2B environment Excellent attention to detail Excellent customer service experience IT literate The ideal candidate must have some previous customer service / sales-based experience and have an enthusiastic, confident, and positive personality.
