Business Development Executive £28,000 ote car Telford 30 days annual leave Your new company A reputable automotive company based in Telford are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Executive to help us grow the company in the Midlands and surrounding areas. Your new role Your role as a Business Development Executive would involve the following: Reporting directly to the UK Director Identify sales opportunities, produce sales leads and book appointments with the emphasis on high quality leads Drive sustainable financial growth through forging strong relationships with clients Develop creative sales pitches and propositions aimed at specific industry sectors Use own initiative to identify and follow up new business opportunities with companies who are not already on the database Arrange and attend business meetings with prospective customers Work closely with the team to achieve objectives Negotiate commercial terms within set guidelines Provide new customers with ongoing customer support, aftercare and account management Liaise effectively with all departments to ensure customer requirements are met Contribute to the team performance by sharing and implementing Best Practise Ideas Input daily reports onto the Company systems Other duties as directed by Management What you'll need to succeed Computer literate/keyboard skills Working within a B2B Service sales environment in a proactive Supply Chain or Automotive Industry (Essential) Excellent telephone skills Demonstrated ability to prioritise issues Must be able to deal with technical product information Ability to adapt procedures to a new and more effective way of working Ability to build strong working relationships (internal/external) Excellent communication skills - verbal and written Ability to persuade, influence and negotiate effectively at all levels within and outside the organisation Determined Enthusiastic Achievement orientated Ability to perform effectively when there are pressure peaks Sets high standards and consistently achieves them What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
