Group Sales Manager - FIELD BASED PLEASE NOTE - Although it is advertised in a location this will be a mobile role What our client is looking for; With extensive motor industry knowledge, you must have a sustained and proven track record in management of large volume dealers in both new and used sales and F&I A highly effective motivator, you will already have leadership and performance management experience and a track record of developing others. It is essential that you can manage and motivate a team of Sales Managers as well as the sales team, to ensure all sales opportunities are maximised in order to exceed targets. This role will require outstanding communication skills, and an extensive knowledge of KPI reporting procedures.
