If you are an experienced sales professional looking to join a dynamic company, read on and apply now Recruitment Consultant Role: We are a well established and reputable social care agency with strong relationships with clients in Sussex, Hampshire and Surrey. You will work within a high performing team in ensuring service standards are maintained and performance levels are high, as we drive forward our service provision. You will be responsible for running a desk which will involve following through on all aspects of the recruitment cycle, including sourcing and registering new agency workers and job seekers and generating and maintaining relationships with care services. The role is largely office-based and you will be targeted on maintaining and developing business and be expected to take our direction and support to help you to achieve this. Recruitment Consultant Applicant Criteria: We are seeking a 'switched-on’ and experienced recruiter who has worked within a recruitment role or other professional sales-based role such as in Estate Agency, previously. You will be mature and confident in selling yourself and our services to be successful in the role, since the role will involve significant development of new links with other services. As we are keen to develop staff internally, you must have motivations to take on a senior or leadership role over time. As such, you must have an ability to role model a professional and motivated approach. You will be intelligent and extremely well organised, while you must be highly competent in verbal and written communication and can work IT systems confidently.
