Our client is one of THE fastest growing FX specialist in London currently with YoY growth of over 50% for 2017, 2018 & 2019 A huge investor in high-end Technology there is some hugely exciting times ahead and they want GREAT people along for ride This role will include a high level of Sales training and opportunity to develop your sales skills alongside some of the best in the business The primary function of Corporate FX Sales employees is to introduce commercial clients to the business - so as to form a mutually beneficial, long standing business relationship. But also to train and develop more junior staff. THIS ROLE CAN BE 360 SALES FX and include FX Dealing - or revert to Sales / Dealing model adopted by so many FX players in todays market. Basic Salary c£28,000-£35,000 plus commission offering AND FULL CAREER PATH. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Identifying and Managing Client Relationships: To establish, contact and build relationships with a variety of commercial business' primarily based within the UK. To contact clients via the telephone in the first instance, with good use of the internet and other sources to supply further relevant information. Arranging and conducting client meetings. Utilising marketing material to support the process. Sourcing Leads: Using a variety of mediums to source potential business leads that have a commercial foreign currency requirement, including use of the Internet, trade directories, gaining referrals and networking. Market Knowledge: To acquire and maintain suitable market knowledge, in order to pass-on and discuss with clients. To deliver talks to colleagues to stimulate debate on a regular basis. Other Duties and Responsibilities: To develop a good working relationship with all staff. To attend and support corporate functions. Essential Experience: 6 Months within the Deliverable FX Markets within a Sales focused role. OR A PROVEN background of Corporate Sales success (1 Years) A good understanding of Foreign Currency and the FX markets Some regulatory understanding Excellent commercial awareness and understanding with the ability to interact at all levels of Corporate business. Presentation skills and face to face negotiation abilities.
