The Company recruiting for the Technical Sales Manager: This family owned; UK manufacturer are looking to recruit into a territory of high potential. You have a unique opportunity to join a company offering excellent training, earnings and career potential within this market sector. The Role of the Technical Sales Manager: As a product specialist, you will generate and break specifications using their range of structural waterproofing products. You will ideally be based within the territory with some working knowledge of the major players on patch. You will have an understanding and experience selling to Main Contractors, Sub-Contractors, Installers and Ground workers. You will also have experience selling to Architects and Engineers to gain specifications, as well as being an organised and structured sales professional. The Candidate for the Technical Sales Manager: The successful candidate needs to be able to demonstrate experience of selling a technical product into the contractor network. A strong, structured approach to your sales process demonstrating planning ability, work ethic and desire to earn will stand you in good stead. They are looking for someone within heavy-side construction sales who has experience breaking specifications and dealing with contractors as well as being able to converse credibly with architects and engineers on the technical details.
