Overview

You will need to be able to transfer your skills in Electrical and deliver to a group of learners to national standards enabling them to achieve qualifications in Level 3 Electrical, set work, assess and grade submissions in line with awarding body criteria and requirements. Own your course and look for opportunities to develop the learning experience and introduce additional learning interventions. Assessors award is preferred but can be arranged if required No teaching qualification is required but you must be willing to work towards and gain relevant teaching qualifications which will be sponsored and supported by the college. Experience of teaching preferably in Electrical would be an advantage but not essential. Commitment to the development of the Apprenticeship Department. Be flexible and self-motivated with a dedication to student achievement and quality.
