Your new company Hays Office Support are currently recruiting a Partner Channel Team Lead for their innovative and market leading client in Dundee. This is a permanent opportunity working Monday to Friday 8.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. with competitive salary and annual leave along with free parking. Your new role As Partner Channel Team Lead, you will be responsible for motivating and managing the UK Partner Programme Team to generate team revenues and profits and ensure the governance of global sales and partner strategies are adhered too. You will also ensure the design of systems and processes initiative results within the UK and throughout Europe. While delivering excellent customer service to all partners, you will strive to improve processes to provide excellent platforms and systems to facilitate the growth of the business. What you'll need to succeed You will be an experienced Team Leader, Manager or Supervisor with strong communication and stake holder management skills. You will have previous experience of working in a customer service or sales environment and be able to demonstrate delivering world class customer service and revenue growth. Furthermore, you will also have a positive "can-do" attitude, strong work ethic, be highly motivated and thrive on a challenge. Familiarity with other European languages would be beneficial but not essential.
