We continue to grow in double digit figures year on year. £40-45k basic plus commission £55,000 - £65,000 OTE uncapped, plus Car Allowance or Company car and benefits This is in one of our most respected divisions for both service delivery and value and pays one of the most generous commissions schemes in our market. This division deals with Office relocation services on a contractual and ad hoc basis. To support that growth, we have a need for additional field sales executives to sell into both public and private sector business North West West Midlands South West Candidates from an office furniture, construction, HVAC, M&E, Lighting, soft FM and other contract services markets would be ideal as well as and similar new business activity based markets in which you develop the accounts you win, have a track record of succeeding with us. We equally welcome any new business focused field sales executives that can demonstrate the skills and knowledge below to support their development and our vision for growth. Main Purpose of Job : To be responsible for the creation and maintenance of a sustainable business development pipeline for Birmingham and Bristol branches. Work alongside the Heads of Relocation Services - Midlands and South-West and sales staff to implement a coherent business development plan, which includes but is not limited to; prospecting, opportunity generation, networking, new customer visits, presentations and follow-up through to bid response and close. Main Tasks of Job: To develop and lead business development activities aimed at decision makers To create new business quoting opportunities for sales staff from a range of lead sources, including self developed and 'bought-in’ To report monthly on current and future business development activity, wins and losses To generate business from personal relationships with third parties, intermediaries and strategic partners To actively network with senior industry and industry related professionals to promote our brand awareness To regularly update the Company CRM database (Maximizer) ensuring all prospects and opportunities are recorded and status of each kept up to date To develop and contribute to new business development initiatives Key Responsibilities and Activities: You will be responsible for developing new business with targeted customer prospects on a personal level, as well as working with the bid team to ensure that our bid responses are compelling, fresh and relevant. This will include working closely with directors and all customer facing sales staff in branches. You will play a key role in the devising and implementing of new business sales strategies including communication plans, channels to market, seeking out large projects and contract customers, carrying out customer visits and presentations. Your key activities are to:- Provide direct communication to new business prospects Carry out customer visits, presentations and follow ups through to conclusion Assist with all aspects of media activity in our key markets Develop and maintain a prime prospect list which includes qualified prospects from the financial, TMT, health care, legal and business services sectors Maintain regular contact with companies on the prospect list Create opportunities to pitch new accounts that generate recurring revenue Develop business development strategies for key sectors Coordinate, contribute to and deliver customer pitches Contribute to bid responses and RFI’s To actively promote all group services inclusive of document management, confidential waste disposal, scanning and IT recycling, seeking out and progressing new group customers to maximise group revenue opportunities Behaviours: Communication - Actively presents information and ideas to all appropriate levels and leads others to do the same.
