Trainee Sales Executive Role Full training provided Salary: Basic Salary £18K - £23K Basic, plus commission, Excellent Commission structure and incentives for hitting targets. Your first 9 months to a year is an intense year of managing outbound calls and learning the art of sales through a concise training programme. Once you have achieved your targets you have the opportunity to move into a Field Based role where the sky is the limit in terms of success and earning Mode is a leading Print Solutions provider based near Ware, Hertfordshire who serves the London area and due to significant expansion, we are now looking to recruit new trainee sales executives to embark on our industry leading training programme within The Mode Academy. You will be trained on industry leading courses and equipment (Xerox and Ricoh). Within the Mode Academy, you will be developed as an individual and given one-to-one, personalised tuition and guidance. You will be coached to follow the Mode process of selling in the B2B world of field sales. During your time in the Academy, you will be expected to achieve and exceed challenging targets which include lead creation and completing development modules on a range of products, suppliers and software solutions. Who are you? You are bright, driven and full of ambition to succeed. You will be keen to learn and have an excellent work ethic. Key Requirements: Previous experience is not essential. All accepted candidates will be extremely determined, self-motivated, tenacious and eager to learn and develop their skill set. Strong persuasion skills with a confident personality. Educated to a good level at GCSE in Maths and English. Smartly presented. Fantastic communication skills with the ability to deliver Mode’s clear, confident and professional solutions. Extremely self-motivated. Hardworking, enthusiastic.
